You retain ownership of all data you upload or create within the Service. By using Artham, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display your data solely to provide and improve the Service. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Artham uses artificial intelligence to extract data from documents, categorise transactions, and match payments. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-processed data before relying on it for business decisions. We recommend consulting a qualified accountant or tax professional for compliance matters.
Artham may offer free and paid plans. Pricing, billing cycles, and plan features are described on our website and within the app. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. If you subscribe through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the respective store's payment terms apply.
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Artham and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime when possible.
You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. You may request an export of your data before deletion, subject to our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artham shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Artham, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the app and on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
